Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. They called me back when they said they would, explained what the call would entail, were clear in their communication and I felt like I was part of the process. Excellent customer service

Paul Herbert and Jessica Eley managed my case and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service they provided me with. They made what was quite an anxious time all the more easier since they were with me every step of the way. Communication was excellent, I was updated every step of the way and they were both lovely people to deal with. They helped me get my offer even when I was starting to lose hope.
