I reached out to Tembo based on their 5 star Trust Pilot reviews online and they did not disappoint. Every review online about Ruth and Jess they completed lived up to at every stage of the process. From my first initial appointment with Ruth I had everything explained to me in so much detail, and then I was passed to Jess who never let a day pass without an update. As a first time buyer with a bit of an interesting credit history I was relieved to work with a broker without judgement.
