Fantastic Advisors

Helena was absolutely fabulous, taking the time to understand my situation and guide me to the best deal. Even when the first property fell through she helped and then when I returned for the successful purchase she pulled up my previous information so quickly you wouldn't have thought it had been nearly a year. Helena and Abbey were fantastic throughout the whole process! As a solo first time buyer, Helena really took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answered all of my many questions. After the application was submitted Abbey kept me up to date with its progress. Both Helena and Abbey were really quick with replying to my emails, even on evenings and weekends. I was struggling to find a solicitor and Helena’s recommendation has been fab (and cheaper than my quotes). The broker fee is expensive but it’s definitely been worth it and would recommend! Best mortgage advisor

After using 3 different mortgage brokers my husband and I decided to give Tembo a go. Louise managed to get us the mortgage we needed when the previous 3brokers failed. Louise and Chelsea are so friendly and will always find a spare minute for you. Reviewed on: 19th March 2024

First Class Service

Chelsea and Matt have both been very helpful and efficient with the mortgage process. We were updated with every stage and there were quick replies with any queries we had. Tembo was a very nice surprise for us.

Tembo was a very nice surprise for us. We've had previous experience with a traditional mortgage broker, and we were used to them being slow. That's definitely not the case with Tembo. We first spoke with Fae, who was amazing at helping us find a good deal for our mortgage. She was friendly, helpful, and moved at a speed I never thought was possible. We had a bit of an unusual situation, as I'm a director for a company, but Fae was able to quickly figure out what we had to do. Simply put, she did an amazing job, and I couldn't recommend her enough. Once we secured a mortgage, we spoke with Wendy, whose role was to help us find the right mortgage protection. She was absolutely fabulous. She took the time to understand our situation and managed to find the best cover for us. When speaking with her, I felt that she cared about us, and helping us find what was best for us, as opposed to selling a "better" cover. Having Wendy help us through the process, made the whole thing very pleasant (and we all know that going through your health history is never fun). Reviewed on: 18th March 2024
