If I could give more stars, I would! Lorna and Emma are a massive credit to Tembo and the industry. They made the process easy and communication is was spot on. When we had an issue with the first mortgage provider, Lorna was on it straight away, found me options within the hour and now we're at the final stretch. Excellent Mortgage Application Through Tembo

My partner and I were looking to apply for a joint borrower sole proprietor mortgage, using our parents to boost our affordability. I was on a PhD stipend and a zero hours contract and my partner had just been made redundant, so it was a very complicated case. Our broker Luke worked tirelessly, helping us to apply to mortgages within 2 hours before the rates went up due to the Iran war. Our case handler Elly kept us solidly informed along the way. Despite an initial declined mortgage, we got a great mortgage offer in the end. All for £0 broker fee due to our Tembo LISA! Reviewed on: 10th April 2026
