The Tembo team were amazing from start to finish helping us every step of the way to secure the best mortgage deal. Callum supported us through the application process and even after we had our offer he helped us get some information changed on the offer. Amy was absolutely fantastic, she was approachable, knew her stuff. She listened and was able to look at various products and advise which was the most appropriate. Once we had agreed she also put in another meeting in case mortgage rates dropped so that I could switch before the start date which did actually happen.
