Easily helped me buy my house

All I done initially was tell them my goals of buying my first home and from there they handled everything I needed and clearly told me what steps I needed to take to eventually go through with my purchase, it was hard with me being so unprepared but they talked me through it with every step. We used Tembo for a product transfer when our existing mortgage was coming to an end. Fae was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She provided detailed comparisons and clear explanations before recommending the right lender and product for us. Later, when we started looking to move house, we had countless questions and sent Fae many enquiries. She always responded promptly with the clarifications we needed. We also requested numerous property reports while viewing different houses, and Fae consistently provided them quickly, helping us make well-informed decisions. Thanks to her support, we successfully secured a mortgage offer for our onward purchase. We would definitely recommend Fae and Tembo for mortgage advisory services. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026

First time buyer mortgage help

Had the service free due to having a LISA with them. A first time buyer, they were good at explaining thins relating to the mortgage process, and kept in regular contact with updates when the request for an offer was submitted. Tia was especially good at remaining in communication, and was very friendly throughout. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026

Never thought we could be home owners in 2025

If I could give more stars, I would! Lorna and Emma are a massive credit to Tembo and the industry. They made the process easy and communication is was spot on. When we had an issue with the first mortgage provider, Lorna was on it straight away, found me options within the hour and now we're at the final stretch.
