Even when the first property fell through she helped and then when I returned for the successful purchase she pulled up my previous information so quickly you wouldn't have thought it had been nearly a year. This is the first time we’ve used Tembo and we have been extremely satisfied with their service from day one. They have been available, including weekends, whenever we have needed their help, support and advice. Following conversations, they have been efficient in carrying out our instructions and have kept us in the loop regularly. There is a one-off fee of £499 only payable when the mortgage is offered. However, particularly as our situation was complex, this fee is worth it. We would highly recommend Tembo and will definitely use their services again in the future. Reviewed on: 18th February 2024
