Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Perfect Helpers!

Sophie and Elly were fantastic and talking me though the process and answering all the questions I had. As a first time buyer it was very scary for me but they were both on hand whenever I needed to contact them and they kept me updated as soon as they could. Couldn't ask for better help. Exceptional support and guidance every step of the way

Tembo have been faultless throughout the mortgage application process while my partner and I have been purchasing our first home. From our first appointment with Leah, to our chats with Callum, and later Jeremy: all have been super patient, informative, and always happy to email or call if we need further guidance or clarity on something. Buying a house for the first time is a truly daunting (and exciting!) experience, so it's made all the difference in the world to have exceptional support and guidance from Tembo every step of the way. Amazing service!

After a lengthy process after being let down by our previous broker. Bhavini stepped in and stepped up. She worked extremely hard for a few days looking at products to get us an AIP.
