Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Returning customer due to excellent service

I was recommended Tembo by a friend and have have 2 separate mortgages approved by them. Given the exceptional service I received first time by Perry, I came back for another mortgage, which was managed by Dominic. It made it easier that he had access to my case notes, and the mortgage was approved very quickly. The portal is very easy to use. Tembo took out all the stress of getting a mortgage and secured me a great deal! Dominic had really detailed insights into different lenders’ requirements. He was very responsive to emails. First Time Buyer

As a first time buyer, the Tembo team have been excellent with their knowledge and support. Kept me updated at all times through the mortgage application and offered great advice along the way. Haven’t quite finished the process just yet but I’m sure they will continue to be fantastic! Special thanks to Lucy and Chelsea for reassuring me and having excellent product knowledge. Fantastic first time buyer experience

Tembo helped me get my mortgage for my first ever property. They were excellent as it was very challenging due to my flat having an EWS1 form from Tri-fire (if you know, you know). They also helped me extend the mortgage offer really easily as the conveyancing was taking forever. On top of this, the team responsible for income protection support were so considerate as I was waiting to have surgery so were very patient and understood why we had to wait a little longer to get everything sorted. First time buyer - faultless throughout Bradley!

Fantastic experience from start to finish, as a first time buyer I wasn’t sure where to go, Bradley took over my case early on and was there for me even out of hours and he went above and beyond to assist me in what I needed. Very helpful, friendly, personal and informative about all aspects throughout the entire process, he was very responsive and helped me through each stage along with Emma and Ashleigh. Would definitely recommend Tembo from even savings using their LISA as I did, right through to brokerage and insurance help.
