Great communication with Tembo!

Luke Bustin and Elly Bradshaw at Tembo were brilliant throughout my house purchase. They were always friendly, approachable, and happy to explain things clearly, which made the whole process feel far less stressful. My application had a few complexities, but they handled everything smoothly and kept me well informed at each stage. Excellent Service

I found Tembo online when looking for a mortgage broker as a first time buyer. Following an initial conversation to address my needs I was allocated Glen Fulham as my mortgage broker. From the beginning he worked tirelessly to get me a mortgage that would suit my needs and in under 21 days I received my mortgage over. I have also had the please of working with Callum Doherty as my case manager, overseeing the process post mortgage application. Both of them have been approachable, quick to respond to emails and queries and excellent in keeping me updated. I have been listened to throughout the whole process, they have made it so easy.
