Amazing!!!

We had such a great experience working with Ruth and her assistant Tia. From the start, Ruth was friendly, knowledgeable, and really easy to talk to. She explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful process feel much more straightforward. Tia was amazing too—super organised, quick to respond, and always kept things moving along behind the scenes. It was really reassuring knowing everything was being handled so efficiently. The whole process felt smooth and well managed, and we always felt like we were in good hands. We’d happily recommend Ruth and Tia to anyone looking for mortgage advice. From start to finish, they made the whole mortgage process feel straightforward and stress-free, which was especially important as a first-time buyer. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always took the time to explain everything clearly, no matter how many questions I had. Their communication was excellent throughout – I always felt kept in the loop and reassured at every stage.
