Excellent from start to finish!

I used Tembo’s mortgage service and had a really positive experience. I knew nothing about buying a home so was very nervous beforehand, but the support I received Rachel Woollard and Emma Furmston was excellent. Both were consistently approachable, good communicators, and easy to get hold of when we had questions. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they took the time to explain things clearly rather than rushing through details. It felt like a personal, tailored, and fast service. Amazing!!!

We had such a great experience working with Ruth and her assistant Tia. From the start, Ruth was friendly, knowledgeable, and really easy to talk to. She explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful process feel much more straightforward. Tia was amazing too—super organised, quick to respond, and always kept things moving along behind the scenes. It was really reassuring knowing everything was being handled so efficiently. The whole process felt smooth and well managed, and we always felt like we were in good hands. We’d happily recommend Ruth and Tia to anyone looking for mortgage advice.
