Tembo were super informative, helpful and supportive during our communications! They kept everything straightforward and really took the time to answer anybquestions we had and make sure we understood each step. They absolutely have their customers best interests at heart. We are so grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth mortgage experience, especially if you’re nervous! I remember specific communications with Helena and Emma,and they were great! I’m sure all of the other staff are also fantastic, anyone we’ve had communications with has been lovley! Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Throughout my mortgage experience, I was extremely well looked after. My mortgage advisor Andy Shead and my mortgage case manager Callum Doherty were tremendous. They would check in to see how things were going, would get back to me quickly and were very knowledgeable and friendly each time we called/emailed.
