We had a brilliant experience using Tembo.

We had a brilliant experience using Tembo to get onto the property ladder. After saving with them, we were put in touch with Andy Shead for mortgage advice, and he has been a total lifesaver from the start. I’m sure we’ve been quite demanding with the sheer volume of questions we’ve asked, but Andy was incredibly patient, providing in-depth answers and expert guidance every single time. It made a world of difference having someone so knowledgeable in our corner. When it came to the actual application, Callum Doherty took the lead as our case manager and was equally fantastic. He is so reassuring and kind, which really helped lower our stress levels, and he was proactive about keeping us updated throughout. The most helpful part was that Andy and Callum managed all the back-and-forth between the lenders and our solicitors. It took the pressure off us completely and ensured everything stayed on track. Tembo were excellent.

Tembo were excellent. Having approached them now on two occasions, both times being difficult for mortgages for someone 70 years old, no problem was too large for them to handle.
