Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Jess & Matt have been fantastic in helping us secure a mortgage as first time buyers. This experience can be rather scary however they made it pain free, relaxing and to be honest enjoyable. Great experience

We were recommended Tembo through some colleagues when looking to buy our first home. Claudia and Chelsea have both been fantastic throughout, they’ve been very good quick at responding, and are always clear and kind in their emails (even when I’m asking probably quite silly questions!). Tembo were brilliant and have kept us fully informed throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure we were walked through the entire process as FTB.
