Everything was so easy!

Everything was so easy!, love the portal to upload documents etc instead of sending emails full of personal information. Claudia and Chelsea are absolute stars, they were both very professional, knowledgable, efficient, helpful and prompt in answering all our questions. Billy is the MVP

Billy was excellent, I built a relationship with him over years, as my income grew and I understood the requirements of lenders I was able to know when I would be able to get a mortgage and was able to progress my application as soon as I started a new job, my relationship with billy lasted over 3 different jobs I had as each time I got a new one, I was able to call him and understand what I could get at my current salary and the amount of deposit I would need. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Helpful from start to finish

Ash and Christiana were so helpful at every stage and went above and beyond to help us even when things got tricky after a survey. Communication was always swift and we never had to chase for support. When documentation was required the process to send this oever was well explained and straightforward.
