Always ready to help

We had a slightly complicated joint borrower sole proprietor mortgage for the purchase of my daughter’s flat. However, Tembo made it go extremely smoothly from beginning to end. Had a great experience with Tembo. Made our experience of buying our first house stress free and seamless. We appreciated that they took the time to guide us through the options available to us. Outstanding service from start to finish.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Initially with my mortgage advisor Ayron who took time to really understand my needs and then searched the market for the best mortgage for me. Once we had settled on a mortgage and the application was submitted my case was taken over by Poppy. She too was great, kept me updated regularly along the way and within two weeks I had my mortgage offer. Both Ayron and Poppy were easily contactable, responsive and super friendly. Tembo were clear in the information provided and their online portal was excellent. There was no pushy sales tactics or hard sell, and they even waived their fees as I work in the NHS. Ultimately this made the entire process simple, took away the stress and I felt confident that I had a mortgage tailored to my needs. Amazing brokers who are great at communication :)

We had an amazing experience using Tembo as a mortgage broker. We were lucky enough to receive the service free of charge as me and my partner both hold Lifetime ISAs with Tembo. Our broker, Rachel, and our case manager Emma were both so helpful and responded to any questions or queries we had extremely promptly and made sure we understood the process from start to finish. We were also lucky enough that we were able to have our rates reviewed before completion and they were able to find us an even better rate than we had originally been offered. I can’t thank Kane G. and Callum D. enough for the incredible support throughout my mortgage process. From start to finish they were absolutely amazing. They were patient, always took the time to explain things clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable.
