Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Cannot fault our experience with Tembo. As first time buys and Tembo LISA account holders we decided to use there mortgage advisor team. Kurt and Callum have been absolutely fantastic from the offset! They are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and answer any questions we had as first time buyers. The team have worked swiftly with getting our application submitted and even took the time out of hours on a Sunday to assist us which we really appreciate. 100% recommend the Tembo team. Thank you Tembo!

My partner and I used Tembo as our mortgage broker as we already had our LISA’s with them (which also meant free mortgage advice), from the get go it was such a smooth sailing process, and this was all thanks to Jack and Chelsea! Within 2 weeks, we had our initial call with Jack who was able to find us the best mortgage for our needs and recommended a conveyancer, then we were passed to Chelsea our case manager, and she has been amazing also! Very happy to answer any of our “stupid” questions, and explained everything in full which is so reassuring as first time buyers. Within those 2 weeks we submitted our mortgage application, had a house survey, had a call planned with Lauren at Tembo about insurances etc, and had our mortgage application approved!
