Use Tesco Bank for savings only as their rates are competitive and suit my requirements in the current financial environment, prefer to carry out all my business on line. Have found that it is not possible to fully manage my accounts on line, have recently resorted to written communication which is never acknowledged despite requesting so, usually have to resort to telephone contact in the end to complete my business. Telephone contact, Glasgow based, is not bad after an initial short wait and going through all the necessary security, it's just that I prefer not to have to use this method and believe that with on line banking this should not be required as per many other providers. Anyone had similar experiences ? Reviewed on: 5th December 2016

genuinly the best service i have ever recieved and i cannot put into words how helpful everyone was aspecially a young man called james was amazing and really made it clear and i could do it without him and he was the best i ever had. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015
