Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lost My Money

This was my first time ordering from The Currency Club, and it has been a complete disaster. Despite the tracking information clearly showing that my delivery was not received, I was told to wait for up to 25 days due to their terms and conditions. In the meantime, I'm left out of pocket and now forced to source currency from elsewhere. They’ve failed to deliver on both the product and customer service. I won’t be using their services again. Excellent,Helpful Company

Have used Currency Club several times for currency. Always delivered on time and in the denominations requested. When using them for a particular Country there was a requirement of that country that all notes be absolutely pristine. I told CC that and they obliged with brand new sequential notes.
