Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lost My Money

This was my first time ordering from The Currency Club, and it has been a complete disaster. Despite the tracking information clearly showing that my delivery was not received, I was told to wait for up to 25 days due to their terms and conditions. In the meantime, I'm left out of pocket and now forced to source currency from elsewhere. They’ve failed to deliver on both the product and customer service. I won’t be using their services again. Quick, easy, and good value

I had not heard of The Currency Club before, but their rates were very attractive. I read the (independent) reviews and decided to order Russian currency for my trip. It was very easy to do, and the money arrived the following day by Royal Mail signed-for delivery. Very impressed! Reviewed on: 18th December 2019

Problem free transaction

This is the second time I have used Sterling FX. Both times without issue. Currency arrived when expected, was correct and rates in the top 5 on both occasions. Easy to use even when ordering multiple currencies. Reviewed on: 17th December 2019
