Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lost My Money

This was my first time ordering from The Currency Club, and it has been a complete disaster. Despite the tracking information clearly showing that my delivery was not received, I was told to wait for up to 25 days due to their terms and conditions. In the meantime, I'm left out of pocket and now forced to source currency from elsewhere. They’ve failed to deliver on both the product and customer service. I won’t be using their services again. EXCELLENT Service and Support and GREAT Rates and Very Reliable and Secure. My family and I have used The Currency Club several times over the past few years to purchase Saudi Riyals. Every time we have received EXCELLENT Service and Support when we have booked our currency online. We have received GREAT Rates and the delivery charges/fees have been low. Also importantly the service has been Very Reliable and Secure with our currency being delivered safely and securely to our home. My family and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Currency Club.
