Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lost My Money

This was my first time ordering from The Currency Club, and it has been a complete disaster. Despite the tracking information clearly showing that my delivery was not received, I was told to wait for up to 25 days due to their terms and conditions. In the meantime, I'm left out of pocket and now forced to source currency from elsewhere. They’ve failed to deliver on both the product and customer service. I won’t be using their services again. Will never use a high street currency agent again

I have used The Currency Club a number of times now. They are my go to company for everything foreign currency related. Their rates are better than anything you can get on the high-street and most definitely better than anything you would get at the airport. Arrives super quick and on your selected delivery date.
