Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lost My Money

This was my first time ordering from The Currency Club, and it has been a complete disaster. Despite the tracking information clearly showing that my delivery was not received, I was told to wait for up to 25 days due to their terms and conditions. In the meantime, I'm left out of pocket and now forced to source currency from elsewhere. They’ve failed to deliver on both the product and customer service. I won’t be using their services again. Fast reliable and efficient. Just what I want before a hoiday

Best rates, quick, easy, efficient service

I checked on-line for the best exchange rate for Thai Baht, Sterling/Currency Club were up there. I placed my order, received an email back confirming and giving instructions on how to pay. Another email acknowledging receipt of payment and delivery info. and my money arrived less than 48 hours later. No time wasting with unnecessary emails, just a quick, easy, efficient service. Simple quick way to get travel money
