Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lost My Money

This was my first time ordering from The Currency Club, and it has been a complete disaster. Despite the tracking information clearly showing that my delivery was not received, I was told to wait for up to 25 days due to their terms and conditions. In the meantime, I'm left out of pocket and now forced to source currency from elsewhere. They’ve failed to deliver on both the product and customer service. I won’t be using their services again. PERFECT! My Travel Money is safely and securely SORTED with just a few clicks.

I was VERY IMPRESSED when I ordered my travel money from THE CURRENCY CLUB. I am a new first time user and I have never ordered travel money online before either from The Currency Club or elsewhere. I usually take cash sterling with me when I have travelled abroad and then exchanged locally. Obviously there are security and safety issues and currency fluctuations so I thought after reading through many posts that I would take the plunge with The Currency Club who had the BEST RATE and allowed me to PAY using my DEBIT CARD. I ordered my currency (£1,000+) in Saudi Riyals and the money was delivered as promised by Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm 2 says later (since I ordered past the 12pm deadline for next working day delivery). I was VERY IMPRESSED with how easy it was to order using their website and how quickly, safely and securely ALL my travel money was delivered to my home. I will be recommending The Currency Club to my Family and Friends as someone to put at the top of their list when considering purchasing their Travel Money Online.
