FBS mortgage coming to end of term

We have a FBS mortgage that is coming to end of term. We had a helpful letter of options if staying with them and a follow-up call today. The new offeres are a little bit higher than one or two others on the market, but the saving of no termination fee, no legal or other fees etc. make the FBS offer better overall. And the communicaion and service we hav received first time round was excellent. Reviewed on: 17th July 2025
