Telephoned with a query about my mortgage. First time there was no answer from customer service after 8 minutes. Phoned again later in the day. Answered in 15 seconds by Lisa Adam, who was very helpful. Reviewed on: 7th September 2025

FBC have scored yet again!

I spoke to Guy Williams and whilst being very professional he was also friendly and understood that i was nervous and needed questions answered. He answered all of my questions in an easy to understand way. Before finishing my call he made sure that i was happy and didn’t have any further questions. Reviewed on: 26th August 2025

Catherine was professional, friendly and helpful. However, as I had only 1 customer in front of me in the queue, and it took some time to answer my call, was she the only person dealing with calls. Finally, please use a lower case 'r' for 'Kind regards'. Reviewed on: 25th August 2025
