Lisa Adams was very helpful and understanding. Her knowledge was excellent, she took her time to make sure i understood everything about my mortgage switch. Introductory Phone Call Bodes Well!

What a joy to speak to an interactive person, who although has to extract certain core info, it is not through a rigid box-ticking process. A promised call-back following a criteria check happened within minutes, with a courtesy call the following day. And love the on-hold music - Santander, eat your heart out! With respect to my telephone conversation with Guy Williams, the telephone call served its purpose in providing us with confirmation that we would pass the affordability check for an increase on our mortgage.
