Lisa Adams was fantastic today in customer services. I was in total overwhelm as things had gone wrong with funding for buying a house and time was of the essence. A delight to speak to some real people who are so helpful and patient. In particular I should like to thank Stephanie McGrath who has the patience of a saint.
