Windfall bond experience ...

Took a while to get through to speak to someone by p...

Took a while to get through to speak to someone by phone approx 20mins. However spoke to Kathryn who was very patient and took me through the process of changing my account over. Really nice to speak to someone who seemed to care and accept that not everyone is a whiz with computers. Reviewed on: 14th July 2025

Rough start...totally satisfactory outcome.

There were some technical problems during the application process. I contacted customer Services and everyone I came into contact with was exceptional. Especially Luke, who took ownership of my problem and stayed in contact with me during the entire application/registration process. The outcome.e was that the problem was resolved to my entire satisfaction and the experience of proper customer service, was a revisit to the Halcyon days of good old fashioned customer satisfaction.
