Unfailingly Excellent

I've had to more than once phone customer support to unlock my account (don't know what I do wrong but I do do it wrong, repeatedly) and customer support is unfailingly excellent. They're in the UK, speak clearly, pleasantly and patiently, and have always solved the problem quickly. And no obsequious, fake, do-nothing, AI generated voices. Reviewed on: 16th August 2025

I spoke with Dannika this afternoon to become familiar with the new logging in process. She was completely excellent and walked me through the process and we updated it live online and now everything is working splendidly.
