I found it impossible to set up my log in details in your newly improved easy to use web site. I needed the assistance from your very patient and experienced call handler Gillian Collard. After over 38 minutes of trying and re-trying we finally got there. I would personally suggest you treat her to a cruise with Royal Carribean. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2025

Opening and using the savings account is easy

Opening the savings account was straightforward and went well, additional documentation was easy to provide electronically, I had to contact them by phone because a verification code was not provided by email as promised but that was easily corrected using the account message facility and then by phone contact, although the wait time to speak to someone was a little long. Once I got through, they were professional and helpful. The online account is easy to use and fairly intuitive. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2025

I got great service from Lisa yesterday. I had made a mistake and sent money to an account I had just closed instead of to my newly opened one. I was worried where the money would end up. But Lisa was calm and reassuring. She even phoned me back when our call got cut off! She did what she promised to do to resolve my situation and sure enough today the lost money is sitting in my new account. I am relieved and grateful and won’t make the same mistake again!
