Friendly, professional, and efficient customer service

I had been locked out of my online account and the annual interest had only been paid on two of my three product. I spoke to Ellissa Agodi, who reset my account after going through the relevant security and paid the interest on the outstanding product. My husband and I were trying to change our accounts to your new system but it was proving extremely difficult every step of the way. Although it took a very long time to achieve it was definitely something we could not have achieved without Katherine’s persistence.
