Awful web site, too complicated to open account.

Good interest rate if you can open an account. So many problems with opening an account . Web site is very poor, not displaying upload links when requested. Certified passport requested but link to certification requirements led to an error screen. Requests for duplicates of identity really annoying. When calling, always number one in queue but call just goes on ringing. Invested with another bank as so frustrated, opened joint account in under 10 minutes with better interest rate.
