I had a little trouble in logging into my computer Savings Account, which may have been my fault, and I locked myself out of the facility. Gill Collard promptly called me back on their 'call you back' facility, and was able to resolve my problem. I'm grateful for the friendly and efficient assistance I received. A very long wait to get through to a person.

A very long wait to get through to a person. At the start of the wait i was informed that there were 7 people in front of me. This was not useful information as I had no idea how many people were dealing with calls. Over the next 25 minutes or so the number of calls waiting was not repeated so progress was impossible to estimate. the music was not relaxing! Instructions had been given to transfer monies from an expiring bond to a new on line account. An email today was ambiguous and implied that no instructions had been give, Donnika, who took my call was charming, informative and helpful. Well done her!!!! Reviewed on: 30th June 2025
