So much nicer to deal with well informed and engaging staff, looking to fully answer our queries. If Alice is an example of the quality of Family Building Society Staff, our decision to open an account for my wife and I and one for our granddaughter, age d five, is more than well founded. Providing Maturity Instruction

Excellent service

Excellent products and service. It would be good if once you have an account or number of accounts with FBS that when you open a new account it recognises and verifies your nominated bank account as if the application process does not verify your account despite it being verified before you have to go through a manual process which dealys matters and can be irritating.
