Have been with The Insurance Emporium for our Pet Insurance for all 3 years of our dogs life so far. The renewals have never gone up significantly and in fact DOWN significantly in the 2nd year. Second to Non Claims Experience

Sadly we had to have an ongoing claim for my old boys cancer treatment. All through the claims department and customer service were helpful, processing the claims quickly, with empathy and without question. Can't rate them highly enough.
