They do care

We have all three dogs insured by The Insurance Emporium They were excellent when our Golden Retriever had Cancer and paid promptly for his treatment .We chose to insure our next two dogs with them .They are always there at the end of the phone . Successful, no fuss claim

After our cat hiked up a pretty hefty bill, I put in an insurance claim to The Insurance Emporium. The only thing I needed to do was fill in Willow's details and pass the form to my vet. I was informed what was happening, from having received my paperwork, to making a bank transfer of payment to the vet - the process was prompt, efficient and simple. I would like to offer my sincere thanks to The Insurance Emporium for taking the pressure away from what has been a difficult couple of months, knowing I could get Willow the treatment he needed with no additional worries about how to finance this. Help when we needed it!

Our Boston terrier was diagnosis’s with a brain condition at 12 months old and for the following two years until he had to finally be put to sleep found the customer services team to be very helpful, caring and always understanding. Thank you for your help! Needless to say twelve months on we now have a new dog and have used the insurance emporium again without hesitation. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023
