I have this insurance for my two dogs and definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else even when I made a claim the insurance was fair and didn’t go up by a staggering amount. I have had my horses insured with Emporium for years now and they have been highly professional yet kind and personal in all their correspondence. The claims I have made have been dealt with quickly and efficiently with total commitment and everyone I have spoken to has been extremely thoughtful and caring and couldn’t do enough to help.
