Very bad experience I m not recommending that company!!!!

I chose a very high almost £80 monthly insurance for my puppy. When he got sick and I had to take him to the hospital and I received a bill for £400 the company didn't refund me a single penny and their translation was really stupid. I do not recommend, choose another company that does not cheat, this company is unfortunately not a good choice. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023

As the invoice submitted for the claim included Out of hours fees, we would only consider up to £90 for this type of appointment, anything exceeding this amount would not be considered. After this calculation, your claim fell below the excess payable by you as per your policy terms, therefore no settlement was made. Friendly and efficient

I have insured my dogs through the Insurance Emporium for several years and in that time have had to make 2 claims. The first sadly was when I lost my 5 year old collie to illness and they were extremely supportive as I was so upset and the claim was dealt with efficiently and with kindness. When it came to insuring my puppy I didn’t hesitate to go back to this company. It’s always easy to talk to a real human without pressing numerous buttons as directed by AI! They are the best! We recently needed to claim on our pet insurance for our dogs cancer diagnosis alongside his treatment for arthritus and the team helped me to navigate the claims and also when a small error was made with dates they immediately sorted this out, rectified it and they explained everything well and sorted the claim quickly and efficiently. Horses and dog insurance brilliant

I’ve been recommending the insurance emporium to others, the insurance cover is just as good as a popular leading brand. I have made a claim and the service was very good with prompt payment.
