Claim for vet bills for horse treatment

I recently had to claim on my insurance due to my horse being diagnosed with ulcers. Never going through this process before i was very apprehensive and worried my claim may get rejected. I spoke with the company regarding my claim and the talked me through the process and put me at ease. The claim process was relatively straight forward and the company worked alongside my vet in order to process my claim. It was stress free and I was paid out quickly and managed to settle the vet fees. The customer service i recieved was excellent and took the worry off me through a rather stressful time. I would highly recommend The Insurance Emporium to all my fellow equestrians as this kind of service is what you need when dealing with an already stressful/upsetting situation whe it comes down to your horse being unwell.
