Great no quibble service

We had a Whippet who unfortunately was quite accident prone and had a number of medical issues over the years and the Insurance Emporium paid up with no delays Reviewed on: 1st August 2023

Value and speed!

An excellent company which is competitively priced. Very easy to claim which we discovered when making a claim a fortnight after joining. We received requested cheque. In post in matter of days. This year our premium has actually reduced by 20% . We highly recommend the Insurance emporium to anyone looking for value and reliability. Reviewed on: 1st August 2023

Easy to understand cover plans. No fuss on payout

Cat insurance

Great price and easy to use

Pet insurance has always been a good price for great coverage with the insurance emporium. Thankfully i havent yet had to use the insurance so I cant speak to the company in that capacity. But i have no reason to move away from them. Reviewed on: 1st August 2023

Precious time with my beloved pet

The Insurance Emporium's effortless claim process meant that I got to enjoy an additional 18 months with my much loved dog, which otherwise could have been married by wrangling over detail as regular claims were submitted throughout her illness. There was never any hassle which meant I could concentrate on making her final months the best they could possibly be. Staff were always helpful and understanding. When I eventually lost my pet I made a point of thanking them and reminding them that the manner in which they served customers represented so much more than a financial lifeline at a difficult time.
