Finally a reasonable insurer!

We had a big claim when our young dog ate grapes and the Emporium paid out, covering the huge vet bill with no problems. I was dreading the premium renewal but it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought and so they have in me a loyal customer! Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

I wish a insurance companies were like this

Been with the emporium for 3 years now, increasing from one to three cats covered (so voting with my wallet). Clear policies, clear language, excellent (I mean really excellent) phone advisors who are easy to get through to (major bonus in these everlasting call queue times) and very competitive pricing that doesn't suddenly take a big leap upwards at renewal.
