Excellent pet insurance provider would definitely recommend

My cat was seriously ill and had to have an operation and continuing after care treatment. I put in a claim and they paid it within a few days of submitting it with no quibbles or problems of any kind. This enabled me to concentrate on caring for my beloved cat without having to worry about how I was going to pay for his treatment. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Hassle free claims

I have had to claim on two separate occasions in the last year, one for each of my cats. Both times the forms have been short and straightforward to complete and once sent off, an acknowledgment is received and then a letter confirming how much will be paid with a breakdown, all very helpful and clear. I will continue to insure my remaining cat with Insurance Emporium and I am grateful for a simple claims process at what is often a difficult time. Reviewed on: 5th August 2020

Claims process was first class, would have given the recommend to friends more stars however premiums are now uncompetitive

Having had to make a claim I have found the claims process first class, very quick and professional response time. Unfortunately despite having not had to claim in previous years the renewal premiums are now not very competitive which is a shame. Reviewed on: 5th August 2020
