Competitive

Fantastic service from a brilliant , caring , excellent company

We have had the most fantastic service from The Insurance Emporium. Our 7 year old dog woke up with paralysed rear legs in January this year which was a frightening and devastating experience. He needed emergency surgery for spinal decompression. The Insurance Emporium were just amazing. The specialist vets liaised with The Insurance Emporium directly and we were only required to pay the excesses required. The surgery was very expensive and we needed lots of aftercare and hydrotherapy but it was all covered by the Insurance. We have a lifetime policy and the cover amount renews every month so we had complete peace of mind. Whenever I contacted The Insurance Emporium the staff were so helpful and caring. They were able to explain exactly how everything was calculated and what was covered. In fact I had to contact them during Lockdown and the member of staff was working from home and was still able to access my account and provide me with a refund which was owed remotely !! I can not recommend this company highly enough. We have 2 dogs and have had various Insurance Companies over the years but will always stay with The Insurance Emporium for their fantastic service and customer support. Peace of mind is so important when faced with a pets illness or injury and you don’t realise how important that is until faced with it. Horse and dog insurance

Claim for very complicated horse problem, a few hiccups but sorted out well. Dog insurance very straight forward. I had a few hefty bills very soon after taking out the policies! Paid up without to many hassles and very happy that I took at insurance with this company. The only downside is the exclusions after a claim, but from past experience that happens with all insurance companies! Overall service has been very good. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Seamless experience

I couldn’t believe how easy it was to make a claim with The Insurance Emporium in respect of a condition which had occurred in our golden retriever Fin. I simply downloaded a claim form filled it in then passed the form to our vet to do the rest. This was all done in the early stages of the pandemic lockdown well done everyone including our vets of course. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Excellent

I made my first insurance claim ever after my dog had to have a tumour removed. Everything was so easy and straightforward. From the first telephone call to a lady who explained how the process worked to the gentleman who a ensured my details were held to send me the money. Fantastic company easy to deal with

Recently put in 3 claims in on my insurance for horses (awaiting it to finish being processed etc) but so far it’s been extremely easy to do and always someone helpful on hand at the end of the telephone or email for any questions or queries I have had so far. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Efficient and empathetic service

Very sadly I had to make claim for one of my pets, who heartbreakingly couldn’t be saved. The team dealt with the claim directly with my vets very quickly and left me in peace at a very difficult time. They sent their sympathy and advised the outcome of the claim in a very sensitive way. Setting up my insurance for my two cats was super easy with The Insurance Emporium, and processing any claims has been easy as well. They have always responded quickly to any queries and been very polite and sensitive .
