the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Always there

When our little Brutus fell poorly several weeks ago, the staff at Insurance Emporium couldn’t be more helpful if they tried. We have 8 cats and 2 dogs in the house. All our pets are insured as you just never know. Clearly I’m a risk averse person. Best price and consistent value over time

Affordable priced pet insurance.

Always helpful when dealing with insurance quote and set up. Helpful when dealing with a claim. When insurance renewal after making a claim, there is a minimal increase, unlike other major pet insurance companies. Having pet insurance for over 20 years, I am in the position to be able to compare my experience of dealing with a number of pet insurance providers. The Insurance Emporium have provided first class customer service, fully inclusive cover at highly competitive prices, and a friendly and professional team of representatives who have addressed and resolved a number of queries quickly, with my needs in mind. Amazing insurance company

My little pony had laminitis and I put in a claim and they were kind compassionate and so helpful these guys are a million steps in front of any other insurance company’s. Didn’t mess about all information was clear they paid for her to have her treatment and kept me up to date with all payments being made and sent me an update information to state she would no longer be covered after the 12 months which I appreciated. They even then gave a 90 day extension due to Covid and I was so greatful. I would recommend them all day long and I don’t want to change insurance company’s because no one even the top company’s come close to the way these guys treat you and handle your claim. They truly are amazing they were always on hand due to Covid when others just switched off. Both the company and its staff deserve an award and a holiday.
