i called just after the lockdown began as my insurance for my 3 dogs was about to be renewed but had gone up a lo, it was with your sister company A & L so i took new policies out with you as better offer, you really would not have known we were on lockdown and the person i spoke to was really helpful which meant alot as i needed to make sure my dogs were covered if anything were to happened to them whilst on the lock down.
