When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Claim was processed quickly and efficiently with no quibbles after receiving the information they needed from the vets. It was only the vets I needed to chase. Will be moving my other insurances across at the time of renewal. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

My customer service experience did not start out well, but was turned around and made a very positive experience by somebody named Simon (I think) Watson. My third time renewing with The insurance Emporium. My dog was due an operation on two tumours on her head which due to covid the vet cancelled and in between the per insurance expired. They were brilliant said if we renewed with them they would honour the claim and I was also pleased with the speed of my claim and also simple process. Prompt no quibble service

I'm very happy with the Insurance Emporium. Our cat had an access from a bite which, of course, cost a fortune to get treated. I filled in my part of the form, the vet filled in the rest and that was it. Payment received. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 28th July 2020
