Efficient, friendly, compassionate

When my cat, Luna had to be put to sleep aged just two, it was devastating news for our family. My claim was handled quickly, efficiently and with great kindness. It really helped not to have any further stress at that sad time. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

Fabulous stress-free service.

Claims have been straight forward, stress-free and with a quick response and payment as The Insurance Emporium dealt directly with our vet. Communication has been excellent throughout and incredibly sympathetic during the recent treatment and demise of our much loved dog. Claim handled fast

I wasn’t particularly happy when I made initial enquiries about a claim as my pet needed tests and they couldn’t tell me what they would cover and the policy wording wasn’t that comprehensive however once I submitted the claim the claims team were efficient and I received the payout swiftly Reviewed on: 16th July 2019
