Quick and painless claim

I found the claim process very simple, despite a delay in the vet filling in their part of the claim form, payment was made very quickly . My only small criticism is that the excess was larger than expected because the London vet's consultation fee was above your maximum Reviewed on: 22nd July 2019

Greate experience start to end

The entire process was a great experience - from getting a quote to receiving a cheque in the post. The claim submission to the payout took less than a week, and the payout decision was fair and courteous. The only two improvements I can think of are: the submission form - it required a lot of duplicate info entry, and the payout via cheque, not BACS, but I'm getting too picky, really :) Reviewed on: 22nd July 2019

Quick Service

My claim was dealt with super speedily. I still had a fair amount to pay out that wasn’t covered, but it’s really helped out a lot. I like having the peace of mind that existing conditions will continue to be covered. I would recommend The Insurance Emporium, especially for someone with an older cat. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2019

Brilliant company

I have used this insurance company for a good few years now for my horses and had to sadly make two claims but they have been extremely helpful and I haven't had any problems at all. Effective cover, easy claim

When you pet needs treatment it is bad enough but great to know your covered so the cost will be capped at the excess you agreed when buying the insurance. Claiming the refund was easy as downloading the form and filling in my details then giving it to the vet. As soon as the treatment was complete the vet sent off the claim and they quickly refunded my money. It is what I expected but always good to know it worked smoothly. Reviewed on: 18th July 2019

Fast, Easy Claim

With losing my pet and spending over a thousand on vet bills to try save her, I was pretty warn out and wasn’t thinking straight.
