Well worth the money

Very easy to make a claim

After a few visits to the vets I soon realised that the cost of my cats illness was going to exceed my excess on my policy so I filled in the forms and sent them off. It was a matter of days before I heard back to confirm the payment. It couldn’t have been easier. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2019

Excellent service

My nine year old dog recently had a cruciate ligament rupture and after xrays nd rest had an operation. I only handed in my forms to the vet on a Monday tea time and by the Thursday had an email from the pet emporium to say they were dealing with my claim. My claim was settled the next week. I personally could not believe how quick and easy the whole process was. My dog George hadn’t even had his stitches out and all was sorted.First class Reviewed on: 22nd July 2019

Quick and painless claim

I found the claim process very simple, despite a delay in the vet filling in their part of the claim form, payment was made very quickly .
