We have operated a Tide Ltd Company account for over 2 years, today without any prior notice or giving a reason they closed our account, one week before Christmas, we had payments going into the account today rejected, and staff to pay for Xmas etc in the coming days, in my opinion this is not a proper bank, they do not offer any services that a normal bank do, customer service is non existent, the only time they contact you is when trying to upgrade you to a more expensive option, their messages service is useless often taking hours or even days to respond I would advise to avoid at all costs. Easy efficient banking

The simple things that count

I have been with tide for over 3 years and really appreciate how simple and easy it is to use! Making payments adding payees, the support element is outstanding, the integration with Xero and not to mention the low fees! The cash insights and credit options are also very simple to use.
