We have operated a Tide Ltd Company account for over 2 years, today without any prior notice or giving a reason they closed our account, one week before Christmas, we had payments going into the account today rejected, and staff to pay for Xmas etc in the coming days, in my opinion this is not a proper bank, they do not offer any services that a normal bank do, customer service is non existent, the only time they contact you is when trying to upgrade you to a more expensive option, their messages service is useless often taking hours or even days to respond I would advise to avoid at all costs. Great banking for small businesses

It was really quick and easy to open my account when I was starting my business, one less thing to worry about! Now that I have been up and running for a couple of while, the app makes it simple to keep track of finances and manage transactions. It’s great to see the improvements that are made to the service on a regular basis as well. I have recommended Tide to others who are looking for business banking services and will continue to do so. Easy to open account.

Good, low fees if bank transfers are minimal

Fees are good on the basic plan and if you’re don’t have many bank transfers this can be low. If you’re spending over 1000 pcm on card purchases the cash back option is good. Still some work to do on the app like having the ability to filter transactions by date or type. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
