From the very early days of enrollment as a new account holder, up to date, I have been very pleased with the Tide account. Simple application process and my account was up and running in no time at all. I did have one technical issue but after contacting the helpline the problem was resolved swiftly. My whole experience so far has been top level. Thank you to the whole Tide team for helping to make my banking experience simple and friendly. This has helped immensely with running a new business. Incredibly smart, incredibly easy

I opened a business bank account for my new small business. The process was very easy, and the app is designed so well which makes day to day banking very user friendly. I am impressed with the list of functions available even through the basic account I have. I can even raise an invoice using the app! Simple, easy access banking

We’ve used a number of high street banks for our businesses over the years, but have had issues with all of them in one way or another. These range from us having trouble speaking to someone when it’s been urgent to do so, to extortionate fees. Our Tide account is easy to manage through the app, plus we have the ability to label each transaction ourselves as they come in to and leave the account, so there’s less work to when our account does our yearly accounts. The fees are relatively low compared to high street banks and when I needed urgent support, I was able to get hold of someone right away. What more could I ask!?! Reviewed on: 2nd April 2023
